After spending more than 10 years working in the wealth management divisions of TD and RBC, I joined Designed Securities Ltd and founded Planning with Bobby Inc. I completed a Master of Business Administration concentrating in Change Management from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance from St. Mary's University.
Lifelong learning is one of my values. I have completed the Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Financial Planner designations, 2 of the most difficult to achieve and respected designations in the financial industry. I also hold the Accredited Financial Counselor Canada designation, becoming the first independent board chair of the Ontario Association of Credit Counselling Services with the designation.
Whitby, Ontario is my home and where I grew up. Much of my life was spent in hockey and lacrosse arenas. I am fortunate to have played in the Ontario Hockey League and the National Lacrosse League.
Being an active member of the community is important to me. I am a proud Rotarian, member of the 100 Men of Ajax, VP Education of the Durham Region Toastmasters club, and serve on the board of directors for 4 non-profits and charities. I serve as the board chair for both the Durham Community Foundation and the Ontario Association for Credit Counselling Services and as a board member for both the Downtown Whitby Business Improvement Area and the Station Gallery.
Some of my interests include reading, art, yoga, mountain biking, and music.

Donna assists with all administrative and compliance related activities.
She spent 28 years working in the financial industry with firms like Merril Lynch, CIBC Wood Gundy, and TD Wealth Private Investment Advice.
Donna is Bobby's mother and a proud grandmother. She is an avid runner and has completed more than 20 marathons. Her 3 dogs and 2 cats also keep her busy!
